Who Are the Executive Committee Members?

The SPA Executive Committee Members (ECMs) are made up of some of the most influential public sector housing organisations (both RSL’s and Local Authorities) in Scotland. They help guide SPA to deliver its purpose: to serve organisations that buy products and services for the construction, refurbishment and maintenance of social housing and public buildings. SPA and the Executive Committee work together to develop Scottish best practice, social value from procurement and positive outcomes for Scottish communities.

SPA Executive Committee Members are rotated on a three yearly basis, to enable as many organisations to contribute and benefit as possible. Keep an eye on our Noticeboard for updates on the projects supported with the Community Benefit Fund.
