Fund Management
We offer a bespoke fund management service for organisations and individuals wishing to support housing communities in Scotland. We use our experience and wide network to ensure that funding reaches the communities that need it the most. We can offer help in identifying potential sources of match funding to boost the income of the projects we engage with.
Each fund is individually managed to ensure that the maximum social return is achieved.
We manage funds according to individual requirements. Investors can specify a geographic area or section of community to focus on if they wish.

- identification of suitable projects
- management of applications
- Board of Trustee approval of all grant applications
- payment of grants
- monitoring of projects
- an annual report on projects supported by grants
- a narrative, including case studies about the difference made
- a social value report including both quantitative and qualitative data
